The Virtual Network

E-mail Print PDF

The Virtual Network comprises over 500 regional skills, employability and education stakeholders who since November 2007 have expressed interested in engaging with the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics opportunity. The network is growing all the time as word spreads. Each network member receives regular and useful information bulletins including:

  • a bi-monthly e-newsletter
  • targeted email bulletins alerting them to London 2012 or Yorkshire Gold related opportunities
  • invitations to 2012-related events, workshops, seminars or conferences
  • Opportunities to be involved in relevant consultations that help shape this work in our region
  • Referrals on to useful contacts within the wider national 2012 or regional structures

This website has been created in order to respond to the increasing number of enquiries from partners in the region to get involved with 2012, and so over time we expect other useful resources to develop that each virtual network member will want to use and share.
