London 2012 Open Weekend registration is open and Yorkshire events are starting to flow in. This year to celebrate the annual countdown celebration to the Games, there is an invitation to cultural, sporting and learning organisations across the UK to set and complete a challenge for the public inspired by London 2012.

With two years to go until the London 2012 Games, the weekend of 23-25 July 2010 will be your opportunity to push beyond your personal best. The challenge can be for your organisation, for your audience or for both, so start thinking today how you can go beyond your personal best.

London 2012 will help you record your activities on the London 2012 website, and provide you with materials and opportunities to promote your Open Weekend activities to your local communities. So get registering now!
